Data Bundle Topups are valid for 30 days from purchase. For example, if you purchase a Topup Bundle on the 25th of July, the Bundle will expire on the 23rd of August at 23:59.
Any unused Topup Bundle will be forfeited at 23:59 on the expiry date. Topup Data will always be depleted first, before your monthly data allocation.

WHAT IS LTE-A?
LTE-A (Long-Term Evolution Advanced) is a reliable wireless Internet service which delivers true 4G speeds that are 2 – 3 times faster than regular LTE.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY SERVICES I CAN ORDER?
A maximum of 3 per customer is allowed.
WHAT SPEED CAN I EXPECT?
After rigorous testing we’ve seen speeds of between 10 – 150Mbps depending on various factors (proximity to tower, where the router is placed in the home, interference from Mother Nature etc.). In general our customers get around 20Mbps.
DO I NEED TO RICA?
Yes, you need to provide us with a copy of your ID and proof of address on delivery of your device and SIM card.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY LTE-A SERVICE TO ACTIVATE?
The SIM will automatically activate within 24 hours after delivery if it is inserted in to a LTE router on our approved list.
WHERE CAN I USE MY LTE-A?
Your LTE-A service will work within any area that has LTE-A coverage. Our coverage is updated on a weekly basis so check in regularly.
WILL MY FIRST PAYMENT AND ALLOCATION OF DATE BE ON A PRO-RATA BASIS?
Yes, we pro-rata our LTE services. So, if you sign up halfway through the month you will pay half the monthly fee and receive half the data for the rest of the month.
ARE THERE ANY CONTRACTS?
No, you will not be bound by any contracts.
CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE?
Yes. Upgrades and Downgrades are scheduled for month end. However you can top-up at ridiculously low rates at any time.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MY OWN TOPUP DATA?
Topup data is valid for 30 days from purchase.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY SIM AND ROUTER TO BE DELIVERED?
You can expect delivery within 10 working days.
WILL MY UNUSED DATA ROLL OVER?
Only if you scratch its tummy. 🙂
